Vice President of Operations
Mid-America Reformed Seminary
Mid-America Reformed Seminary is seeking their next Vice President of Operations (VPO) to oversee the day-to-day business operations of the Seminary. The VPO will manage the Seminary's financial affairs (including budgeting, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, insurance, payroll, audits, investments, etc.), human resources, accreditation and governmental regulatory compliance, asset management, facilities and infrastructure, information technology, and support of the activities of the faculty and Board of Trustees. The ideal candidate will have proven project and budget management skills, strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree is required (in business or equivalent business experience). A Master's degree, 5 years of business experience with some management responsibility, and previous P&L responsibility are all preferred. The VPO reports to the Seminary President.
