ATS Accreditation

On October 20-23, 2014, Mid-America Reformed Seminary will host an Accreditation Evaluation Committee of the Association of Theological Schools (ATS) as the Seminary seeks a renewal of its ATS accreditation. As a part of this process of reaccreditation, the Seminary invites written comments concerning its qualifications for accreditation. Please direct comments either to Professor Marcus Mininger at Mid-America Reformed Seminary, 229 Seminary Drive, Dyer, IN 46311 or at info@midamerica.edu, or to the Association of Theological Schools, Accrediting Commission, 10 Summit Park Drive, Pittsburgh, PA, 15275. ATS is approved by the US Department of Education as a nationally-recognized institutional accrediting agency, appears on the Higher Education Directory's list of Approved Accrediting Agencies, and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education.

Rev. Strange Earns PhD

We are pleased to announce that Rev. Alan D. Strange has earned a PhD from the University of Wales! The degree was awarded on June 9. Rev. Strange’s dissertation was entitled “The Doctrine of the Spirituality of the Church in the Ecclesiology of Charles Hodge." We congratulate Rev. Strange and praise God for sustaining him through this academic achievement. May it benefit His Church!
