Landon’s religious life was fueled by apologetic proofs and not the power of the gospel. He says, “I began to read my Bible, and the gospel became more real to me than anything else in the world.

Landon was born in Indianapolis, IN, in 1999. He grew up with wonderful parents who raised him to know and believe the gospel. Throughout his childhood, he attended several churches that belonged to the Restoration Movement. He was baptized at the age of 10 after a profession of faith.

After moving to Morris, IL, Landon found himself in conflict with the naturalist worldview preached in his public high school. It sparked in him a passion for apologetics, politics, and philosophy. In his first year of college, he was convicted by God through a friend, who challenged his beliefs beyond the basics of Christianity. Landon’s religious life was fueled by apologetic proofs and not the power of the gospel. He says, “I began to read my Bible, and the gospel became more real to me than anything else in the world. I wanted to know more about God, so I read, researched, and discovered the doctrines of grace. I was convinced that the Scriptures taught what is now known as Calvinism. While studying various subjects at school, such as political science, law, history, and theatre, I began studying theology.”

It was not until the end of Landon’s junior year of college that God gave him a heart for the unreached, particularly those born and raised in a post-Christianized culture. He wants (and still does!) to evangelize, disciple, and teach in a western European country.
