Join us as Dr. Eric Watkins leads us in a 4-part 2025 Fall Evening Class, Walking By Faith: The Life of Faith in Hebrews 11. Hebrews 11 is an amazing chapter in the book of Hebrews and in the Word of God. It shows us what real faith looks like: faith that looks to the promises of God when times are dark, and faith that clings to the word of God, even when God seems silent. Many beautiful volumes have been written about Hebrews 11. In this evening class, we will pick from some of that fruit, and hopefully be enabled by God to bear the fruit of the Spirit—the fruit of faith as a result of our time together.
The classes will unfold as follows:
September 25: The Definition and Foundation of Faith
October 9: Faith in God Before the Patriarchs
November 13: Faith in God From Abraham to Joseph
December 11: Faith in God in the Life of God's People: From Israel to Us
The class will begin at 7:30 p.m. on four Thursday nights (Sept. 25, Oct. 9, Nov. 13, and Dec. 11). The class will meet for 45 minutes, followed by a short break, then another 45 minutes of lecture.
